Friday is online, by appointment only
There are no fixed Friday times. Get in touch and Jacqueline will arrange one that suits you. The classes are taught live over video, with the same corrections as in the room, and each one is recorded and sent on afterwards. You need floor space and whatever props you have; the class is built around what you actually own. It suits people who have moved away, travel for work, or simply cannot make Ashford on a weekday.
One-to-one and small groups
One-to-one slots are marked on the timetable, and more can be arranged outside them. If nothing above suits your week, or you want the work built around a specific problem, this is the route.
Which class am I most suited for?
A rough guide. Jacqueline places everyone herself, so if none of these quite describes you, that is what the phone is for.

Phone or email and Jacqueline will sort it out with you, including what to write on it.
Valid twelve months from the date of issue. Revolut, bank transfer or cash.
Booking and studio policy
None of this is unusual, but it is all worth knowing before you book rather than after.
All clients fill out a health form before attending classes. The studio reserves the right to screen clients from a class if it is not suitable for them.
Classes are payable in full on or before the day the term starts, to hold your place. Revolut, bank transfer or cash.
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Inside that, the class is charged for.
If you miss a class within a term you may attend another class in that same term, subject to a space being free. It is not automatic, and missed classes cannot be carried into a new term.
Let Jacqueline know one to two weeks ahead if you are going to miss classes, for holidays or anything else.
Places for each new term are booked with the instructor. Booking lists go up one to two weeks before the term starts.
If you are away for part of a term you have booked, you can either pay for the term in full at the reduced rate, or pay for the classes you plan to attend at the drop-in rate.
Wear something you can move in: leggings, shorts, a tracksuit. Jeans restrict movement and are not advised.
Booking two classes a week earns a 10% discount on terms longer than four weeks.
